WHY CHILI'S ISN'T GOING ALL IN ON AI
In O’Hare airport all the (5) Chili’s have those elastic line dividers outside of the hostess stand, that’s the amount of people trying to get into a Chili’s before boarding a stranger filled plane. there are countertop stools, seats looking out into the crowd, counting rollerbags in migration. and sometimes... they lock unfamiliar eyes. see a person seeing a person in Chili’s from the outside, both wondering where the other is headed but one wondering what they are doing in a Chili’s, until a blink and the gaze fades bite into the blooming onion, passerbys continue to do just that momentarily neither here nor there
